It is a complex project of a residential courtyard, where we found the balance of standard cost-effective and personalized solutions. The plot of the residential complex - the sail - is considered through associations with swimming and water. Natural materials inherent in the beach, the theme of the pier and the promenade, and the idea of the archipelago of green islands give rise to a unique image of the courtyard with easy-to-implement solutions.
The functional zoning of the courtyard was made to create a suitable scenario for all residents of the complex and create an occasion for neighbors to communicate in the space of the house.
The main object of the courtyard is the "Giants' Trail" children's playground. It is a multifunctional facility inspired by a natural coastal phenomenon.
The sports ground consists of four parts: simulators for the senior residents, an obstacle course, a fitness pavilion with hanging elements and an amphitheater for relax, and a field for group exercises.
