The territory is located next to the visitor center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Kronotsky Reserve", which is now under construction. Therefore it has the potential as a tourist center and the face of Kamchatka, which forms an attractive image of the region. At the same time, the waterfront space is an important urban resource that is designed for use by local residents and rallying urban communities. The project meets the principles of sustainable development. The minimization of objects, the use of local resources, the creation of a characteristic ecosystem and the use of green engineering solutions give the project a landmark, innovative character.
A system of rain gardens has been created. These are primary water collectors organized by landscape techniques with subsequent water drainage through open rain channels. They also contribute to faster water drainage from the territory after the flood.
Axonometries clearly demonstrate that the main points and routes remain accessible even during heavy floods.
