The pilot program for the improvement of courtyard areas of the Foundation "Institute for Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" set the task of developing a solution for a standard residential courtyard in Naberezhnye Chelny, creating a base of replicated principles and small architectural forms, according to which it is possible to implement the federal program for the improvement of residential courtyards in the future.
