Now the lakeside area of the Lake Chernoye is a swampy area overgrown with shrubs. A park will be created there. It will become a kind of oasis in the middle of the dense, multi-story buildings of the Nekrasovka district. For the landscape park, we have developed several typologies of pavilions: cafe, bike rent, booth, gazebo, boat station.
Basic principles for the design of pavilions:
- during the day, they "dissolute" in nature, and in the evening become accent light beacons,
- objects or parts of objects become the frames and enhance nice views,
- the pavilions are the functional modular blocks dressed in a shell.
